Code of Conduct

Inside the Table, words are actions. A message sent is a marker placed. Speak plainly, speak with care, and never speak to wound.

Last updated: April 2026 · Version 1.0

1. The prohibitions

While using any part of the Service, you agree not to:

2. The affirmations

3. Enforcement

Breaches of this Code are reviewed by Adjudicators under the narrative frame of the game. Available sanctions, in escalating order:

Severe breaches — doxxing, child sexual content, credible threats of violence, coordinated manipulation of the economy — may result in immediate expulsion and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement without prior notice.

4. Circle effects

A Member's conduct may in narrowly defined circumstances affect their "Circle" — the small group of Members linked by recruitment. Examples include temporary visibility loss or cooldowns on shared contracts. Collateral effects are disclosed at sign-up and form part of the Terms of Use.

5. Appeals

Sanctioned Members may appeal by writing to adjudication@thehightable.international within 14 days of the sanction. Appeals are reviewed by an Adjudicator who did not impose the original sanction. The Operator's decision on appeal is final as regards the in-Service fiction; your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

6. Reporting

To report a breach, use the report button on any message or Dossier, or contact abuse@thehightable.international. Serious misconduct may also be reported via the whistleblowing channel. We treat reports confidentially.

// No harassment. No doxxing. No weapons. No bots. No hate.
